An old handmade sailor top.

This one also has a shape somewhat like French navy gear, but it isn't military. Haha.

The young man wearing it back in the day looks cute, so I've included a photo.

It lacks the anchor mark on the chest that PRADA also paid homage to, opting for a simple design.
