Company.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThat said, the fabrics and designs they used are similar—or rather, since Stone Island launched in '82, it's a topic that comes up whenever I talk with collectors: everyone tends to call it an experimental brand. I have to agree, it really is.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis is the first time I’ve ever seen this particular piece; it really makes you think, \"I didn't know something like this existed.\"\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIt looks simple at first glance, but it’s great in so many ways.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe fabric is interesting, and the hood design is unmistakably Massimo—if you know, you know.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eI love this shiny fabric, and the fact that it’s moderately padded is a huge plus for me.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIt’s a nylon-polyurethane blend; the 10% polyurethane adds strength, but I think that percentage is the key—it doesn't get too stiff and maintains a nice crispness. It repels water perfectly.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe 360-degree silhouette is fantastic; that’s one of the things I love about C.P. and Stone as well.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIt would look cool worn inside out, and cinching the waist is another great way to style it.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eNot many people wear this brand, which is another thing I love about it—there are no patches or obvious branding (though some series do have them), so the lack of overt labels is very attractive.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIt’s understated, but has such a strong presence. You know what I mean? Haha.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eFinally, this is deadstock; it came with tags, but they have been removed.
