I’ve always thought the slim-fit pique pants men wear look so cool,
but since they were workwear, I could never find them in my size—until I finally found this pair in France.
It’s a pair of 50s cotton pants, and it’s a golden size for women.
It features a cool tag from “DOLMEN,” a workwear brand from northwestern France.
These aren’t pique, but they have a fine stripe pattern that is very elegant.

The sizing is incredible; it has a silhouette similar to a pair of slightly wider Levi’s 501s,
with a waist of about 27-29 inches.
The way the bottoms hold their shape is unique to the slightly thicker cotton of this era.
They are also soft and easy to move in, so I have a feeling I’ll be wearing these all the time this autumn and winter.
There’s a wonderful, casual vibe to them that only authentic workwear has.
They’re as comfortable to wear as a pair of 501s.
It is truly rare to come across work pants from this era in this size and condition.
If these don't sell, I’m definitely going to wear them.
I really want to wear them myself, but I highly recommend these to any vintage-loving woman.
