70s medallion rug

A mini rug featuring 70s mid-century design.

It has a somewhat unusual, nearly square shape.

While it features a gorgeous medallion design,

the color scheme using orange and bordeaux gives it a pop-art finish.

Personally, I really love the orange and black frame, as it gives the piece a sharp, defined look.

With a thickness of over 2cm, it feels very plush and soft underfoot.

Since coming here and learning by looking at various carpets, I have come to strongly realize that

not only is it rare to come across rugs like this, but

you could say that once they're gone, they're gone—the chances of finding another one just like it are close to zero.
