Military enamelware tray from the Czechoslovakian era.
This is the kind of medical tray you see in hospitals and dental clinics.
Its rounded shape and matte enamel finish are charming.
It is neither too shallow nor too deep, making it perfect for displaying accessories or small items.
We personally use three of them religiously:
one tray for holding buttons for repairs,
one for storing tools like scissors and cutters,
and one for keeping essentials like our wallets and lip balm handy before heading out.
While there are slight individual differences such as the engraving on the back, they are all the same,
made by SFINX, a long-established enamel manufacturer founded in 1893 in southern Czech Republic.
We happened to acquire nine of them, so we are selling them in sets of three.
Highly recommended.
