It’s not stiff at all, and it’s soft to wear with no signs of aging.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p1\"\u003e\u003cmeta charset=\"utf-8\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eThe lining is made of lustrous satin, with absolutely no scratches or tears.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p1\"\u003eThierry Mugler of France is a designer I’ve loved ever since I encountered his 80s pieces at a wonderful shop.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p1\"\u003eIt’s a fond memory of mine that once I tried it on, I couldn’t take it off, and I ended up splurging on it. It’s still the star of my closet.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p1\"\u003eFrom there, I got interested and watched his old shows; they were incredibly beautiful and utterly powerful.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p1\"\u003eWatching women clad in power-shoulder suits and dresses, with sometimes over-the-top staging, is truly top-tier entertainment.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p2\"\u003eBy the way, he even did his own photography, capturing impossibly grand advertisements—like shots from so far away that you can barely see the model lounging on what looks like a snowy, Arctic cliffside. His expression as a photographer is just as unique and well worth a look.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p2\"\u003eWhile this jacket upends that glamorous image, this pop style is actually a personal favorite of mine.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p2\"\u003eAs expected, it’s truly wonderful when you put it on. I was moved by the ideal silhouette and the calculated design that makes it so wearable.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p1\"\u003eIf you look at the photos from that time, you can see the waist defined by a belt, but in fact, there are loops inside the back for a belt to pass through.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p1\"\u003eThey are sturdy loops made of double-layered satin, matching the lining, so you can thread any belt you like through them.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p2\"\u003eI tried wearing it with my own belt. When you cinch it tight at the narrow part of your waist, it creates a cropped bomber silhouette with a rounded back. It was irresistibly cute. It would probably look great with a scarf passed through, too. And it’s completely stress-free to wear.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p2\"\u003eI could go on about this forever, but this is a breathtakingly rare piece of history.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p2\"\u003e \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p1\"\u003eIf you consider current market values, this is an uncapped, killer piece that’s almost impossible to price. There are only a few in existence worldwide; I’ve seen items from the same series sell for 5,000€, and some are currently listed for over 3 million yen. Only Cardi B could afford that!\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p1\"\u003eI happened to come across this one, it’s the New Year, and since a small shop like ours likely won’t be able to handle something of this caliber again, I’ve ignored the market rates. I’ve set a price that focuses purely on the value of the object itself—it’s an absolute steal!
