A cool, top-notch pair!
I first encountered this after coming here.
It’s a deadstock 1970s denim work pant in a baker style. It comes with a belt in the same material, which is adjustable and also removable.
First of all, finding this shape in denim is incredibly rare, and the look of this old denim is irresistibly cool. It’s a relatively light-ounce indigo that promises great fading the more you wear it. I’m particularly excited to see the vibrant fades that will develop when worn in this size. haha
The size is about a 28-inch waist. Since it hasn't been soaked, there is a risk of shrinkage when washed, so I recommend wearing it in until it softens up and the sizing is fully removed before washing.
Old denim work trousers are scarce in general, and even when you find them in Europe, they’re often for children, making it difficult to find sizes that adults can wear. So, I’m truly thrilled to have found this pair.
I’ve written a lot, but simply put, it’s cool.
