Dating back to the 1920s, this is a wearable blouse that was used as casual outerwear or loungewear at the time.
This collared style is highly sought after. You can layer it by letting the collar peek out from under sweaters or cardigans. I think many will appreciate the minimal lace, which keeps the aesthetic from being too sweet. Also, the cuff construction on the sleeves is truly lovely and worth noting.
It features the three-dimensional tailoring characteristic of this era, designed to contour to the body. The forward-set sleeves, the gusset inserts, and the pattern that widens from the chest to the hem are all magnificent, offering a stress-free fit.

As always, the durability of the cotton is incredible—it’s hard to believe it’s over 100 years old. It has been bleached and is now like new. Unlike modern cotton, it will likely last for another 100 years. It comes highly recommended.
