This is camouflage that was used by
the former Yugoslavian army for snipers and scouts.
The vibe of this camo is incredible—honestly, it’s just so cool!!
It’s a lightweight cotton fabric with a slightly crisp feel that gives it a modern edge. I’m a huge fan of this kind of material.

An Italian military dealer told me that back in the day, the Yugoslavian government didn't officially adopt or authorize camo patterns (it was a socialist state at the time), so apparently most soldiers had their clothes made out of tent fabric. That’s just amazing. Haha.
Because of that, I’m told there are many unique items like this camouflage aside from the one we have here.
I’m happy to have this kind of info, as it’s not easy to come by.
Also, apparently this jacket was designed by sampling the sniper jackets used by the former Soviet army during WWII, and the camo patterns the Soviets used back then are also pretty insane. If you're interested, I'm sure you can find them right away if you look them up.
And what’s even more interesting—whether it’s true or not—is that apparently these Yugoslavian sniper jackets were actually made by Germany.
It’s interesting; learning history is fun.
