This unique design is more art than jewelry. Simply magnificent.
Beyond their appearance, these are very heavy, substantial bangles.
Made from 800 silver, commonly used during this era, they possess exceptional hardness,
meaning they do not bend easily or have the flexibility of 925 sterling silver.
While size and appearance are almost identical to the other bangle,
this one is priced lower as it is slightly lighter. Even so, it still carries a very solid, heavy feel.
As you can see, precise measurements were quite difficult, but
based on how they fit both of our wrists, we recommend them for those with a wrist circumference of 15–17 cm at the narrowest point.
If your wrist is too thin, it will slip off, so it is best to wear it snugly by pushing it firmly into place for a perfect fit.
For our female model with a 14 cm wrist, it felt a bit unstable on the wrist itself, so it seemed better worn further up the arm or over clothing.
JACOB is said to be the name of the silversmith who worked for this maker in the 70s,
a niche French jewelry label for which we were unable to track down any other works.
It is extremely rare to come across two such special, identical items at the same time,
making them highly recommended as a pair of bangles for couples or as a gift for an anniversary.
