Super lovely western boots.
They completely stole my heart.
They are from 1970s Mexico; the leather is soft and the soles haven't hardened.
There is some damage, but it is minimal, and they are still in wearable, active condition.
The leather has excellent color saturation, and the shades of blue and red are truly beautiful.
The slight wear around the ankles, surely from being well-loved, is just adorable.
I spent three days continuously oiling them, and the depth and character just keep increasing—this is leather that still has room to grow.
If you pair them with a dress or shorts, the boots will definitely be the star of the show, but
letting them peek out from under your usual pants or denim also shows off that cool, understated color and silhouette.
To me, this is the real thrill of wearing western boots. Haha.
I bought these from a noble, empress-like lady in Paris who always lets me buy her special pieces. She appears occasionally—you know, the one who is always accompanied by two young good-looking guys, one on each side. Haha.
Like the Vegas boots from last time, I was lucky enough to find these special cowboy boots in France.
By the way, I was curious if heart-motif western boots were common,
but from what I could find online, they barely exist.
