1970s original Stoff Nagel candle holder

An original chrome candle stand by STOFF Nagel.

This is an original piece from the 1970s, purchased in Germany.

The price listed is per item, and I have 3 in stock.

Made of a heavy, solid metal alloy, it possesses a beautiful, dull metallic luster that new items just don't have.

I've loved these since I first came to the Czech Republic four years ago and have been collecting them for my personal use,

but I've been carefully gathering them with the thought that I’d like to introduce them at TOTO for this year's holidays.

These are the two most famous candle stand models from Nagel.

The story began in post-war Cologne, Germany, amidst the rubble,

and when these models were released in the late 1960s, they were a huge success.

Around 2015, a Danish company revived these using the original blueprints,

making them available for purchase at any time, but I personally prefer the originals.

They are wonderful objects that look great even just as a display piece, not only as candle stands.

We love using them ourselves, placing them in various spots like on the shoe rack right by the entrance or on shelves holding our favorite things. Haha.

Nagel stands can be stacked as you like, even with different types; they are certainly lovely on their own, but they'll make you want to collect more and more.
