This is a polyester-based fiber that was commonly used in Italy back in the day, and you occasionally see it in vintage clothing.
I feel like it’s mostly from the 70s or 80s.
The "idrostop" mentioned on the tag refers to a water-repellent/waterproof finish; I actually sprayed it with water and it beaded right off, and it dried quickly after I washed it once.
I don't usually carry coats, but this one really grabbed me.
Even the lining is cute, and above all, the condition is fantastic.
