A cool black jacket from East Germany.
It was a bit chilly that day, so I’m wearing it over a knit sweater, which makes it look a little bulky,
but it has the light weight of a slightly sturdy shirt fabric.
It has a tag like the ones often found on work jackets,
but I wonder what this is. It has a women's-style closure, too...
Regardless, it’s a cool, slightly vintage piece of German black. Thank you.
Buttoned up, it looks crisp and minimal;
tossed on loosely, it's a light shirt jacket;
you can even cinch it with a belt—it’s a piece that shows many different sides.
It’s wonderful that it has four pockets.
The metal buttons on the sleeves are superb.
The silver buttons on the front are plastic.
I’m proposing this as a unisex item. A cool black spring jacket, which is surprisingly hard to find.
