It's been a while since our last school chart update.
Today, we have three arriving at once. Please take a look, as they all feature sharp, cool designs.
They appear to be teaching materials for elementary schools, issued by the Ministry of Education of Czechoslovakia in 1988.
They are diagrams of body measurements, apparently used primarily in clothing construction classes—the equivalent of home economics in Japan.
Still, the design is excellent, especially the colors.
Also, the size of these three is just right—not too big. This exquisite size, while certainly not small, provides the perfect presence.
Being materials approved by the state at the time, and considering the country no longer exists, makes them even more alluring.
For us living in the Czech Republic, these are highly historical vintage pieces that we want to handle with care; plus, I love the craftsmanship of the Czechoslovak era for its unique coolness that doesn't exist today.
Considering the revolution occurred just a few years later leading to the current nation, these are gems from a fascinating era.
Highly recommended; I would love to display one in my own home.
