1995 Andrea De Carlo Uto - XL

I picked this piece up because I thought it was a pretty cute tee.

It appears to be from a 1995 novel titled "Uto" by Italian author Andrea De Carlo.

Great design—simply put, it looks good.

The story follows 19-year-old protagonist Uto Drodemberg, who ends up living in an American spiritual community following his stepfather's suicide. Despite his immense talent for the piano, Uto is rebellious and leans toward narcissism. His presence apparently has a major impact on those around him, triggering various changes within the community.

I see.

By the way, it apparently won the novel category of the Italian literary award, Premio Nazionale Rhegium Julii, in 1995. I’d never heard of it, but it sounds impressive.

In short, that’s the gist of it.

I love that feeling of something being cool even if you don't fully get it.
