1930s motorcycle leather jacket

A German leather motorcycle jacket from about 100 years ago.

It’s just too cool. Lol

I first wondered what kind of clothing this could be from such a long time ago. Lol

This silhouette is representative of old German motorcycles, or so I'm told!

I only learned the details about this item after coming to Europe three years ago, and it turns out there are actually collectors for these here, especially in Germany. I do see them occasionally—very rarely, in fact—but they are always so expensive that I can't afford them.

Also, please read the following before making a purchase.

First, regarding the condition: it can be used like any standard leather jacket.

The lining is in perfect condition, but there is some cracking on the leather surface, and other minor cracks in places. However, it doesn't have an unpleasant feel at all; I think you will perceive it as a great characteristic of vintage. Please take your time to look at the photos.

I've been moisturizing it with oil every day since I returned to Prague, so you won't need to do anything for a while, but if you feel the surface is getting dry, just applying some Nivea will be fine. Also, there is one part where the leather has split—if you don't mind it as is, please leave it, but if you want it repaired, please take it to a local tailor or repair shop. Since these are old, delicate garments, I highly recommend leaving it to a professional.

One more thing: there are four pockets on the front, and the zipper on the lower right pocket (lower left when worn) is missing teeth, but it doesn't affect functionality!

The other pockets and the sleeve zippers function normally.

Just the fact that the zippers from this era still work is quite impressive.

It’s just my personal opinion, but for a 1930s leather jacket, it’s in good condition and I think it’s something you can really love.

The size is best suited for a woman or a smaller-framed man.

I've written a lot, but in short, the design is incredibly cool, and it looks amazing when worn.

This is a piece I really want someone to wear!
