A vintage suede and knit combo vest.
It’s been a long time since I’ve been able to source this series.
Regardless of anything else, the quality of the suede and the knit on the back is incredible.
The knit part is made of wool, but it’s not itchy; it’s not particularly thick, but it feels sturdy and is clearly a high-quality vintage material. As for the suede, it is fine-grained and soft.
It’s comfortable to wear.
It was hot in Prague today, so I styled it directly over bare skin, but moving forward, it will be fun to pair with shirts or long-sleeve tees.
Of course, I think it’s also great to enjoy wearing it directly against the skin.
It’s just my personal take, but these kinds of styles are more accepted now than they used to be, so I think this way of styling it works well. It has a sort of gender-neutral feel to it.
This is a truly stylish vintage piece.
