This moleskin material was used in French workwear from the 1800s to the 1950s and is said to have been worn by coal miners.

It seems that the black color was worn by those in higher positions.

It makes sense that the jacket color would differ for those in charge, right? Haha.

Black moleskin like this has become truly hard to find. I can't help but think it will become even rarer in the future. Haha.

after buying and wearing it this time, I just simply think it’s a cool piece of clothing.
