A 70s-80s London velour top.
Judging by the name "New Generation," I wonder if it was a new street brand aimed at youth back then.
The star patch, the tight silhouette, the waist design—everything about it is exactly what I love.
The waist features loops on both sides and comes with a separate tie. You can tie it in either the front or the back.
There is no material tag, but it is likely silk velvet.
It is completely different from polyester velour; it is extremely smooth,
with a beautiful, glossy sheen and a high-quality feel to the fabric.
This is truly the highlight of vintage clothing—a one-of-a-kind piece that you won't see on anyone else, nor will you find anything similar.
