70's beautiful brown poly tracker

A beautiful trucker jacket.

From 1970s East Germany. The material is polyester, with a piqué-like texture. I come across this material occasionally in old German garments—it’s relatively common in jackets—and whenever I do, it always looks so cool.

This particular piece is a deep brown with a simple design.

While it has a slightly Western vibe, it also exudes a certain allure;

I really love this balance. It’s a balance that’s incredibly hard to pull off, haha.

That’s what I love about German vintage.

The size and shape are great too—it has a boxy silhouette and a beautiful sleeve construction that creates a very cool puff when worn.

It is lined with polyester and features one internal pocket. It’s quite spacious, and since the two front pockets are also large, it’s extremely convenient.

It’s a sturdy, well-made piece, but thanks to the polyester material, it’s light enough to just throw over a tee.

It’s simply a cool jacket!
