80s French oak brown suits

A chic 1980s French-made women's suit in brown.

I managed to find a rare, cool two-piece set for women.

I discovered it by chance at a flea market I happened upon on a street corner in Paris.

It’s a deep walnut brown with the soft, textured look of wool.

The jacket has a layered design that looks like a vest is worn over it (the last photo shows the structure),

with a boxy silhouette and structured, defined shoulders that look great. It’s poised and sharp.

When you think of a typical women's suit, you might imagine a cinched waist or a longer jacket length that covers the hips,

but this one goes the complete opposite way, offering a masculine feel.

Yet, it doesn't look like a costume, nor does it feel dated; it has a mood that works perfectly for a professional setting. It’s very classy.

The trousers have a classic two-tuck design with a crisp, sharp press, making them perfect for styling on their own as well.

Since it's a wool-polyester blend that isn't too thick, it's warm yet easy to move in,

and it completely avoids the weight or itchiness of 100% wool.

The jacket lining is made of lustrous viscose, ensuring it feels comfortable even when layered over knitwear.
