They have belt loops and the original suspender buttons, so they look just as sharp when worn at the proper waist level.
At first, I thought they were rayon gabardine until I checked the tag.
The fabric is that good—a bit substantial with a lovely, bouncy drape.
Viscose is a type of rayon, and vintage viscose is worlds apart from modern material. Either way, old fabrics are simply better.
There are two side pockets and one in the back; they’re reasonably deep and functional.
