It’s from around the 70s, and the sleeves were customized back then; the ruffles on the sleeves are made of vintage viscose. This is also a lovely fabric. You’ll understand once you have it in your hands.
The exact purpose of the customization is unknown, but it just looks too good.
It has a roomy fit that allows you to throw it on easily, which is rare for this era, and the cotton used for this shirt is also excellent—as expected, old fabrics are always high quality.
The sleeves are designed for cufflinks, but I’ve handmade a pair using vintage buttons to include with your order, so please rest assured.
This is a piece I want to wear; 70s shirts really aren't popular right now, which is exactly why I want to wear one.
Being in the minority is definitely cool.
