80s Checked denim trousers - w29

Checkered denim for the first time in ages. It's been about two years since we last had them in stock.

I really love this denim—a fantastic piece of European vintage. You rarely see them around much these days.

This pair is in superb condition, with an excellent size and shape.

It’s a middle-ounce weight—neither heavy nor light—and the quality of the denim fabric is so good that I can't recommend it enough.

It features pleats, with a roomy thigh area and a gentle taper.

The fact that it's not overly tapered is another great point.

It also uses a vintage Lampo zipper, so the overall quality is very high.

I suspect it’s Italian-made.

A pair I’d love to style like slacks.

This is, without a doubt, a fantastic piece.
