80s REVANCHE cotton check trousers.
The black and orange punkish tartan check is a colorway that really hits the spot.
The material is a light cotton fabric that is soft and easy to move in.
They feature a straight, wide silhouette from a slim waist,
yet they don't look overly bulky; they have an exquisite, clean shape.
This Italian brand, REVANCHE, often makes nicely shaped cotton trousers in Italy,
but while I've seen solid colors, this is the first time I've come across a check pattern.
Good check trousers are hard to find when you're looking for them,
and I think their numbers are dwindling in the vintage market itself.
Both are great colors, they have a versatile 5-pocket design, and at the end of the day, these are the kinds of pants you never get tired of wearing.
