A stunning dress.
The combination of the deep ecru linen-cotton and the black cotton piping is wonderful.
This is a shirt dress featuring snap buttons down the front.
The black accents on the stand-up collar and pockets are very effective.
The black line running down the back is also fantastic. It looks truly beautiful from behind as well.
The fabric is exceptional. Looking at the details, it has an 80s feel, but the use of linen and black cotton is interesting; I think it's a quintessential French regular item.
There are belt loops on both sides of the waist. (See last photo)
In the photos, I didn't thread the belt through, but just wrapped it around casually.
Worn as is, it has a sleek, vertical silhouette,
but cinched at the waist, it takes on another lovely shape. It’s an expression only possible with crisp linen.
It’s also great to throw on loosely. Either way, it's a "wow, this is nice" kind of dress—I can't stop saying how lovely it is. Haha.
It has a brand tag at the neck with a great vibe.
I am wearing a black long-sleeved T-shirt underneath in the dress photos.
It's already gotten too cold to wear just this on its own, but it was one of my favorite finds from this trip to Paris, so I wanted to share it.
After all, you can never have too many dresses, right? Haha.
