Made of patchwork soft suede leather,
with a color palette evocative of autumn nature, like fallen leaves and fading plants.
I find this sense of style uniquely and wonderfully French. The leaf motif on another blouson from the same maker shares this same sensibility.
Features a front-opening design with gold buttons arranged in an asymmetrical, off-center line.
It can be worn alone as a dress, or, being quite lightweight, it can be thrown on loosely like a shirt.
Once I tried it on and took measurements, I realized the shape is quintessentially vintage French workwear.
Reminiscent of traditional workwear grandpa shirts or the work dresses women used to wear,
it has a billowing silhouette created by numerous pleats at the collar, shoulders, and sleeves.
The silhouette of these sleeves in particular is so beautiful, it’s truly captivating.
The cuffs are made to be compact and snug, to the point where you need to undo the buttons to get your hands through.
The body is voluminous, and the wrinkled texture and drape are irresistibly lovely.
Even with all that volume, it doesn't look overwhelming—it's just cute from every possible angle.

It comes with a belt, which you can wear around your waist or even around your neck like a scarf—feel free to style it however you like.

The top gold button at the neck has been replaced with a different one, but it is barely noticeable. Please check the close-up photo. It has a slight vintage or "foreign" scent to it, but it is not bothersome while worn. Please love it all the more for its history.
