80s German handmade knit

A special handmade knit I found in Germany.

With its big, loose, low-gauge body,

it features disproportionately oversized, tubular sleeves.

Rather than just long sleeves, the abundance of fabric—shaped almost like a square—covers the arms,

creating an absolutely lovely silhouette.

Please take a look at the photo where it looks like an onigiri when folded.

The slightly shorter sleeves are also great for showing off accessories or inner layers.

The mock-neck design gives it a clean look,

and while it comes in a free size,

it’s a comfortable knit that doesn't feel unpleasantly baggy.

The coloring is also unique; it’s colorful with various hues,

but the addition of gray gives it an overall sophisticated, subdued pastel feel.

As it is handmade, there is no material tag,

but it likely feels like wool or a wool-acrylic blend.

You can layer underneath it, making it perfect for winter warmth.
