80s Italian Levi's black denim coat

This is the piece that arrived the other day and caused such a huge stir.

I was completely certain it was my first and last time seeing it, but I miraculously encountered it again during my buying trip to Paris last weekend.

I was blown away—I finally understand what it really means to be "blown away," haha.

When you've been a buyer for as long as I have, these things happen once in a blue moon. It’s what we buyers call "having a knack for finding things," haha.

However, I can say even more strongly this time than last: I highly doubt we'll ever get another one.

I’d be happy if you could take my word for it—at least 90%. Haha.

The previous one was marked as a size L, but this one is an S. But it’s a "liar" size—it’s absolutely not a small; it was clearly made to be quite oversized to begin with.

It has raglan sleeves, but since the denim fabric is soft, there’s no stiffness around the shoulders, and it drapes beautifully.

The silhouette is just like a Burberry; it’s truly stylish.

It’s also unlined and made from a single layer of fabric, which is fantastic—it’s easy to wear and great for experimenting with styling. I love the attention to detail, like the small chin strap on the collar.

You could even wear it inside out, though I doubt you would. Haha.

Levi's produced in Italy from the 80s to the 90s consistently offers so many interesting pieces.

There are still so many things I’ve never seen or encountered before, and it’s exciting to think there are even more rare and stylish finds out there.

This particular piece is in great condition and has an impeccable silhouette; it’s perfect.

Because of its length and the black denim, it has a bit of weight to it, but it doesn't feel that heavy when you put it on—it’s really only heavy if you hold it in your hands.

It’s everything you could wish for in a special coat.
