These 80s wool trousers are special in every way—from the fabric, design, and silhouette to the quality of the fine detailing.
Beyond the incredibly fresh cropped length and unique design, the quality of these pants is second to none.
The tapered, seven-to-eight-eighths cropped length is so well-shaped; it’s such an exciting length! Haha.
When I put them on, they looked far cooler than I’d expected—I fell in love. Haha.
They feature double pleats and two side pockets.
There are wooden buttons spaced evenly along both sides, but they don't actually open.
Along with the flaps at the waist, it's a unique faux design.
While they have a masculine, rugged feel reminiscent of old-school gypsies or farmers,
the silhouette is so sophisticated that they also feel feminine when worn. Truly excellent trousers.
The large block pattern, which looks almost like gingham check, and the fabric itself are also truly wonderful.
Up close, you can see textures like neps and what looks like visible stitching,
and even though it's a single layer of fabric, it's a multi-textured material where each color has a different expression.
I absolutely love these. Highly recommended.
It’s a sturdy-ounce wool, but not too thick,
and because it’s lined with smooth, lustrous viscose that feels great against the skin,
you can wear them comfortably until the start of summer.
