A blouse from the 90s that immediately caught my eye.
The elegant beige and navy striped fabric is not very sheer in dark places or indoors,
but it is a see-through material of exquisite thinness that allows light to pass through when in the sun.
I am completely enchanted by the way the voluminous puff sleeves look when translucent.

The way the front buttons are placed slightly off-center,
along with the round, semi-transparent buttons, is incredibly cute.
The small stand-up collar is also refined, and I was drawn in by the perfect balance of it all.
