A beautiful coat from the 90s by one of my favorite leather manufacturers.
Giorgio Mobiani really makes great clothes.
The belt trousers I released at New Year's and the leather skirt with the zip that opens all the way, which sold the other day, were also by Giorgio Mobiani.
This one is a two-tone black design using different textures of suede and polished leather.
It also features finely punched mesh leather,
incorporating design details into a simple piece.
Above all, the clasp—the kind you’d see on a bag—is incredibly cute. It makes you want to keep clicking it.
The fact that it’s also on the pocket is a nice touch.
The back of the collar is reinforced with leather, and the interior construction with its two pockets shows how carefully and solidly made these garments are.
The pattern is also wonderful; the relaxed sleeve attachment and body width make it comfortable to wear,
while the gentle A-line silhouette gives it a clean, feminine, and lovely look.
It’s also cute worn fully buttoned, like a collared dress.
It is lined, but it’s a lightweight jacket that I think will be very useful from now through early spring.
