From the 90s Hennes Collection (later H&M),
a black leather trucker jacket.
This is a standard Swedish-market release.
I was surprised by the quality of the leather; it is a soft, supple, and substantial cowhide.
A simple trucker jacket design featuring chest pockets,
with zig-zag stitching on the placket that is reminiscent of Lee or Wrangler denim jackets—
a piece filled with meticulous details.
The silhouette is modified to the trends of the time,
with a short length, compact body, and long sleeves.
The sizing is such that it can even be worn like a top.
Setting the brand aside, I simply think it is a great garment.
This is a well-worn, lived-in piece of leather you'll want to wear every day—highly recommended!
