90's black leather patchwork top

A leather patchwork top featuring

diamond-cut leather pieces neatly arranged.

The ribbed cuffs and hem, as well as the stitching,

are made of a glossy cotton-linen blend,

resulting in a dense, sturdy fabric that shows no signs of stretching.

Leather patchwork clothing became a movement around the 70s,

and I have seen many, from colorful pieces to monochromatic ones like this,

but I think this particular top has a truly exceptional silhouette.

It doesn't look bulky, nor do the dolman sleeves feel cumbersome;

it has a great shape, much like a well-fitted sweatshirt.

I also want to highlight the unusual trapezoidal neckline.

While an all-black leather piece can often look heavy and intense,

the way it shows a healthy amount of décolletage (not too much, which is important)

adds a lovely touch of femininity.

The condition is truly excellent as well.
