90s German leather shirt coat

I love this.

A leather coat produced in Germany in the 90s,

artfully designed by combining two types of leather.

We featured a different navy version at TOTO last year,

but this one features fabric-covered buttons, a shirt collar, and folded cuffs;

while it is a soutien collar coat,

it has the feel of an oversized shirt, which is great.

The balance between smart and casual is just perfect.

It's made of a soft, pleasantly supple suede leather, so

please don't imagine a stiff and heavy vintage leather coat.

Both the fit and silhouette are relaxed, feeling almost like a haori jacket.

It is fully lined with my favorite viscose material, making it very comfortable to wear.

Layer it up and it can serve as a mid-winter outer layer,

or you can wear it lightly in early spring.

Please make good use of it on the many mornings and evenings when there’s a bit of a chill in the air.
