The perfect pair of leather pants for the first time in a while.
The sizing, the width, the quality and luster of the leather—everything is in great condition.
The patchwork-style design is also superb. It’s a piece with a particularly wonderful back view.
Personally, I like to wear leather pants until they’re worn out, much like I do with Levi’s,
but so many used pairs have baggy knees.
The more they’ve been loved, the more the leather stretches from repeated standing and sitting, leaving the knees looking bulbous even when just standing normally. Because of this, I often give up on buying them.
However, these are in such pristine condition that they could almost be called deadstock.
The leather quality is excellent, made of sturdy German leather. I hope the photos convey the thickness, firmness, and three-dimensional feel of this leather. I have a feeling I’ll be wearing these for a long time.
While many are tapered, it’s rare to find a wide-leg cut like this.
It’s truly difficult to find a pair of leather pants you’re truly satisfied with, and
since it’s also hard to find newly produced leather items,
I’m grateful to have found a vintage pair I love to enjoy.
