90s Patagonia fleece neck warmer

The red Patagonia looks cool.

It's labeled size L, but it should fit most people as you'd expect.

It can be worn as both a hat and a neck warmer.

The penguin is dorky and cute. That's just a playful addition, though; I wonder if it was ever actually taken to the Antarctic. lol
