I looked it up again, and it seems to be a special line made for the highest level of performance within Polo Sport.
The colorful ones are famous, and that’s the image I personally had of them, so I was surprised to come across an all-white version.
The material is 100% nylon, and it’s high-quality nylon at that.
It’s thin but tough and high-quality, with an excellent texture and fit.
I felt this was the reason it’s so highly regarded and the reason it was reissued due to such overwhelming popularity.
Actually, it was my first time ever holding one in my hands!! lol
There are three large zippered pockets on the front, and the shape of the hood is superb.
It’s a stowaway type, but the fact that it is so substantial is truly impressive!!
Most hoods of this stowaway type are small and just tacked on, but this one is completely different!!
It is a wonderful smock where you can feel the attention to detail everywhere.
The hood is nice and large, and the front has Velcro, giving it volume to protect your face.
Since it’s difficult to source in Europe, it’s unlikely we’ll have it in stock at TOTO again in the future.
Even if it were unbranded, this is a piece I could recommend with full confidence.
The size is XL, a nice, versatile fit.
