Incredible craftsmanship and impact.
ART is a brand I occasionally come across in men's footwear,
a Spanish shoe manufacturer that still exists today,
known for creating many durable, innovative,
and uniquely designed platform shoes.
This series is said to be able to withstand snowy regions,
and I love the sturdy, winter-sports-gear-like fastenings.
The area around the ankle is reflective; the first photo was taken with the flash on.
The body is made of leather, and after applying a little oil,
it developed a deep, dark sheen and looks even cooler.
It uses a special water-resistant leather that handles moisture well,
and the toe area has a very hard layer made of iron or similar material,
so it is incredibly robust.
The fact that this design was born as a result of catering to the needs of wearers
facing harsh conditions makes these truly cool shoes.
They have some weight, but they are stable and easy to walk in.

The model usually wears 24.5-25cm and was just able to squeeze into them with ultra-thin tights. I think they would be a perfect fit for someone who is 23-23.5cm.
