There are no belt loops at the waist, but I highly recommend these if the size is a perfect fit for you.

Although they are ski pants, they aren't too warm, so you can wear them comfortably even as we head into the upcoming season.
It's surprisingly rare to find them in this size; they are usually either much smaller or much larger.
