C.P. COMPANY Urban Protection Jacket
It's a series I personally love; I own every jacket except for one. They are cool, functional, tough, and simply the best jackets.
As written in the title, this C.P. series is called Urban Protection.
This is a piece from Moreno, who served as C.P.'s designer from 1998 to 2001 after Massimo retired.
While they can't be compared, I personally think C.P. from this era is truly cool. Moreno's designs have an urban and simple look.
The fabric and pockets on this series are just the best.
As for the concept of this series, Moreno designed it at the time to protect oneself from potential future disasters and air pollution, and it seems the idea was that you could get by in life with just this jacket.
To think about such things while making clothes is amazing!! Haha.
But since I wear it all the time, I can understand why. Haha.
When I first moved to Europe, it wasn't getting much attention yet (not like it is now), and they were relatively easy to find, but recently you really don't see them at all. Well, that’s understandable—I think it’s just so loved that no one wants to let it go. I’m one of those people; the ones I use as my own personal items will never be released, as there is no jacket that can replace this one. Haha.
It looks plain at first glance, but don't underestimate it.
You should definitely get this; it will be the best purchase you'll ever make.
