Mil-Tec is a German manufacturer called Sturm Handels that makes military and outdoor gear.
These are a men's size XS, so they can be worn unisex by anyone from women to slender men, fitting around a 29.5-inch waist.
You can tighten the snap buttons at the hem for a "ninja" silhouette.
Although there are minor differences in actual measurements, both pairs are effectively the exact same size.
