A cult vintage piece from suzie B, a label active in the 80s and 90s known for its bold all-over patterns and designs.
The high-quality PVC from back then is incredibly soft and in pristine condition.
It is completely free of the minor issues often seen in old rubber materials, such as cracking or tackiness. It's lightweight and exceptionally comfortable to wear.
While the material tends to draw the eye, I was also surprised by the quality of the pattern and silhouette when worn.
The shape of the hood looks great whether up or down, and combined with the fabric, it maintains a beautiful structure. The exquisite width of the sleeves and the way the bust and hips accentuate when the waist is cinched are also fantastic.
It is water-resistant, so it can handle light rain. Recommended as a spring or early summer coat for the coming season.
