Circa 80s-90s HERMES tailored jacket with hunting horn buttons

An Hermes piece from the 80s or 90s with a rare tag.

It features the horn logo; while horn items are most common as women's earrings, seeing one on clothing is quite rare.

The tailoring is superb, but first, regarding the condition.

There is damage to the lining that has been repaired by the previous owner.

Please check the photos! The area around the armpits has been securely reinforced, so I had no issues with it at all when wearing it!

There are some other frayed areas, but since they are in places that don't experience strain during movement, this was not an issue either!

Lastly, one sleeve button on the right side of the photos (the left hand when worn) is missing.

Please rest assured that none of these issues affect wearability, and they are not particularly noticeable.

There is no material tag for this jacket, but I believe the outer fabric is wool; it is incredibly smooth and comfortable. It makes me wonder if it's blended with cashmere. In any case, it is of the highest quality. The lining is silk. The color and pattern are cool, and it has an incredibly alluring vibe.

Personally, I am drawn to Hermes pieces that have been broken in like this.

The presence of the elbow patches is another nice touch; it’s an exceptionally stylish jacket.

It is truly wonderful.

As for the sizing, I wore a middle-ounce knit over a tee, and put this piece over that. The fit was quite good. It’s slightly oversized, but it has an elegant, relaxed look.
