It was likely made as a costume for some event,
and even though it's handmade, it's very well-constructed.
The top is a zip-up hooded jacket.
It’s a very "proper" garment, down to how the hood is attached behind the collar.
The pants have an elastic waistband and four pockets in total—two at the waist and two on the thighs.
This is a truly unique set that is the real thrill of vintage clothing,
and I would be so happy if someone somewhere in the world wore it.
