A military enamel tray from the Czechoslovakian era.
It’s that type of medical tray commonly found in hospitals or dentist offices.
The rounded shape and the matte-textured enamel finish are charming.
It is neither too shallow nor too deep, making it convenient for displaying accessories or small trinkets.
We personally love using them in a three-tier setup:
one tray for holding loose buttons for repairs,
one for tools like scissors and cutters,
and one for items to check before heading out, like a wallet or lip balm.
While there are slight individual differences in the back markings, they are all the same,
produced by SFINX, a long-established enamel manufacturer founded in 1893 in southern Czech Republic.
We happened to acquire nine of them, so we are selling them in sets of three.
Highly recommended.
Size: Listed as 27cm, measuring approximately 27cm long and 11cm wide. They all stack perfectly.
