DACHSTEIN is a footwear manufacturer born in Austria in the 1920s. Old school.
I remember seeing them in vintage shops occasionally back in the day, the ones with the red laces.
This pair is an old, all-black deadstock find.
They are incredibly cool. That’s all there is to it.
The leather is still stiff since they are deadstock, but they will gradually break in.
I think they will just keep looking better and better as you wear them and treat them with oil.
The size is marked 42, which I think fits as expected for someone who wears a 27-27.5cm.
I usually wear a 26.5cm, and these were a little too big for me.
