A German work jacket from around the 1960s.
The color is a navy so dark it’s almost black. Piqué in this dark shade is quite rare.
Piqué is often seen in trousers or hunting gear, but I feel like it's rarely found as a work jacket.
This one is a tailored style that can also be buttoned all the way up.
I love this design—it’s a nice little bonus. Haha.

That soft, supple feel of German piqué. Personally, I really love it.
When shooting these photos, the temperature was in the single digits (Celsius), and I only had it on over a tee, so I did feel a bit cold.
It made me realize that piqué is actually fairly warm. Haha.
Since I don't get the chance to wear it often, that was a new discovery for me. Haha.
So, I think you can definitely wear it in the coming seasons depending on how you layer underneath.
As for the sizing, I felt there was enough room to fit a thick inner layer as well.
