We've finally managed to restock our European scarves!
I carefully selected each one, focusing on the materials, designs, and color palettes that I personally love.
This one is made from 80s polyester by Trevira®, a textile company also known for making apparel.
It features diagonal brown and red stripes that remind me of a box of chocolates from a department store. I think it will really shine in the autumn and winter months.
They are the ultimate accessory with endless ways to style them depending on the season or your mood.
Personally, I’ve been collecting them in all sorts of sizes, colors, and materials.
People in Europe are naturally so skilled at using scarves;
you see them wearing them over their heads on rainy days, or twisting them into a thin rope to thread through belt loops,
and the city is just overflowing with ideas beyond just tying them around your neck.
I heard that French people used to buy scarves to freshen up their styling because buying new clothes was too expensive. Isn't that a cute story? Haha.
Since that means you often come across high-quality scarves,
they’ve since become an everyday accessory for me, as common as a handkerchief.
They’re great for so many occasions, whether you're using them to block the sun or stay warm in the winter.
Whether the material is silk or polyester is really just a matter of preference; I don't think one is necessarily better than the other.
I love the soft look of silk, the vibrant colors and crisp texture of polyester, and the smooth, flowing feel of rayon—they each have their own unique charm!
